Morphè Coaching anchors the client / coach relationship focused on empowering the client to choose how they would want to engage the coach in the way that best serves their needs.
Honoring the power of choice, we support clients selecting the service / modality that is better aligned to achieve the targeted goals.
A couple of key points:
- Where you are on the spectrum can and will change as you move along your journey.
- You can choose to shift where you are on the continuum throughout your journey.
During initial discussions, the client will have the opportunity to express the modality they believe best supports their needs.
Throughout the coaching relationship, the coach will ‘check-in’ with the client to gain insights into whether or not the client would like make changes to the coaching relationship.
